Purpose

Dinh Phong Loyalty Program is our way of showing our appreciation for your custom by rewarding you every time you shop with us.

 

How it works

You will earn points every time you spend in store, online or over the phone, no matter how you choose to pay.  The more points you earn, the higher the level of membership you will have, which means that your exclusive benefits with us will also automatically increase. All you need to do is sign up then shop!

• Sign Up - FREE: Automatically receive 50 points or a 5% discount voucher

• Silver grade - 1800 purchasing points or more, 1.5% discount for all purchases onward;

• Titanium - 3600 purchasing points or more, 3% discount for all purchases onward;

• Gold - 7200 purchasing points or more; 5% discount for all purchases onward;

• Diamond - 9000 purchasing points or more; 10% discount for all purchases onward.

 

*We will also reward you with 50 points or a 5% discount voucher every time you introduce your friend to us and they sign up.

 

How to Sign Up

You can sign up by simply:

1. Call into one of our stores and speak with our staff; or

2. Email lienhe@dinhphongits.com.vn with your details (refer to the attached Loyalty Program file for what information is required). 

 

Terms and Conditions

10.000 VND = 1 Point

• Points are calculated in a rolling year

• For example: When you shop at our stores or over the phone on 15/12/2014, your membership will be determined by points in the period of 01/12/2013 – 15/12/2014; When you shop at our stores or over the phone on 18/01/2015, your membership will be determined by points in the period of 01/01/2014 – 18/01/2015;

• At the end of each month, Dinh Phong will send an email to you to inform the total spending on month.
